Ashland Poetry Press is excited to announce the that Judge Marcelo Hernandez-Castillo has selected the winning poems for our 2026 Poetry Broadside Contest.
Winner:
Kianna Greene, “Translate for Me”
Runners-Up:

Jenna Funkhouser, “This and This”
All three of these poems will have broadsides designed by poet/artist Lindsay Lusby, and printed by the Ashland Poetry Press. Finished broadsides will be available here on our website, from the poets themselves, or at public events, such as AWP.
Here at the Ashland Poetry Press, we are believers in recognizing as many outstanding poems as we can. On that note, we’d like to recognize the finalists and semi-finalists from this year’s contest.
